Everybody is on the same note at the moment (as so often in Sweden) and we are all loving the color blue, here in the perfect shape of St Pauls Blue by Frama for Jotun (the bedroom wall). This weeks talk is also for a really good reason the work of Sarah Widman, Elin Kickén & Evalotta Sundling – very well done ladies!

I did a very fun shoot for Ikea a few weeks ago that I didn´t know was out until I today spotted it over at Riazzoli´s (thank you so much for kind words!). The idea was to create a room for a crime writer and I´ve never had the chance to play around with props like on that day. All the pictures where not published but I can tell you there where knives and fake blood amongst other things. Probably good those pics are still in the files…The black cat was not all happy about having to stay in one room with lots of strangers and as I´m (silly I know) very afraid of cats – being in the same room was definitely a challenge. Especially when he started to use his teeth and claws on some of the team members. He did a great job in front of the camera though so despite fear I send extra credits to you Mr. Black.
Thanks to team Ikea Livet Hemma & photographer Anna Malmberg for a great day.
Saying hi from a sunny Dubai where I´m spending a week of work (you can follow some of it on Instagram @annagillar). Yesterday was not only Valentine´s Day but also the premiere of the movie 50 Shades of Grey. On that theme I got to do this fun project of creating a bedroom of grey tones together with Ikea Livet Hemma and photographer Anna Malmberg. Hope you like it x
Styling by me, photo: Anna Malmberg who also has lovely blog Northern Delight.. More pics here.
