As for most people the new year comes with new plans, ideas, hopes and goals. I´m really good at breaking all promises that has to do with taking care of myself much better but I truly hope (and once again believe) that this time it will actually work. Good and healthy food, exercise, balance between work and family time and the ambition of growing both professionally and as a person. Guessing all of these are the most common New Year´s resolutions of all and then we can add more specific goals within all of these things. Still haven´t slept many hours since we got back form LA so the extra time certainly helps with at least having more time to get things going in the house. Before 8 today all Christmas decorations where gone, one not so tasty but super green smoothy in stomach, second washing machine rolling and first work emails sent off. Meanwhile getting two kids to school. But there is so much more left to do & I really hope to get time to visit Formex (Swedish interior fair) that is starting today – so here we go. To 2015 being a very productive year!

Last night´s sunset that was our first view when arriving after a long flight and no sleep. There is something about the light here, falling in love with it every time.

I do get comments and sometimes emails wishing that I should get more personal with the blog. It will however probably stay the way it is despite of that as I more find this space a place where I collect and share my inspiration. However I do understand the comments, I personally love blogs that are sharing and open about what is going on in their lives. You can be both an interior & lifestyle blogger at the same time of course. I´ll try to become a little bit better, bare with me. As a start I will share a pic with you of the love of my life, my family. It´s a miracle that all four of us are even in one pic as both our kids love to run off when we occasionally try to get a family one. I guess many of you recognize the situation
With this I wish you all a great weekend!
Thanks for the pic C & J xx
Please tell me, who do you follow on Instagram for inspiration? Is there something I´m missing out there? You can see who I follow on my annagillar account but just to name a few that I always find myself to hit the ”gillar” button for are elveravanschaik, annaleenashem, amy_merrick, daniellawitte, hildemork78, tantjohanna, linda_lomelino, linethitklein, sofiaatmokkasin and many more. Please hit me – what should I (and everyone else reading this blog) not miss?
Pic from my Instagram. A shot from a friend´s house in London who is an amazing interior designer that we will se more of in the future.
Today our son is turning 7 and once again I´m taken by how time is running by so fast. The most amazing little guy, son and brother – always taking care of & protecting his younger sister – so sensitive and beautiful in every single way. Growing so fast, one tooth after the other falling out & new ideas and questions every single day. Happy birthday my love!
