The silence on the blog is due to a work marathon that has been going on for quite some time now. Even though it´s been so much fun in many ways with these great assignments, clients and colleagues, working 12-14 hours a day tends increase the desire for a little bit of sleep. Throughout all of it I´ve had this day as a goal – Thursday 23rd – that will be the day where I slow things down at least for a week and I have to say it feels so good. Even though I have a million things to do in terms of paper work and approx 40 big bags of props to unpack, this feels like holiday in comparison. The sun is shining, the birds are happily singing and I´ll be able to pick up the kids early today. Hello lovely Thursday!
I´ve featured the pool and terrace space of interior stylist and photographer Daniella Witte before but as she recently posted these pics I have to show you some more again. It might not be the perfect climate for a pool in Sweden and since we have very little space between the houses in our neighbourhood I´m sure our neighbours would be surprised if we started building a pool just outside their kitchen window – but! if I where to have a pool, this space would without doubt serve as my moodboard.

When in LA my friend Jennie took me the space of clothing line The Row. We where informed there was a strict no to taking photos (I don´t really know why…) but just found these pics by Rich Stapleton for Cereal Magazine and thought I wanted to show you this cool space if you haven´t been. Very minimalistic and with details and objects that invites multiple heart shaped eye emojis. Topped with a pool in a courtyard in the center of the store. Of course we did not take any pictures as they said no, but just in case the camera might have accidentally slipped out of the pocket you can see it here.
