I really like the mood of these pictures styled by talented Amanda Rodriguez that where released today for the launch of cooperation between Therese Sennerholt and Melo. Therese is releasing 5 new geometrical prints and Melo a new collection all in black. A really great way for two creatives to meet in a mutual expression. Love it.
I just stumbled upon this beautiful space and view via Finnish interior stylist and designer Minna Jones Instagram. I think it belongs to Elina Helenius of Studio Elina Helenius if I have not misunderstood completely (my Finnish is non existing). A perfect place to let your mind wonder off to if you need some time to just breathe today.

We are currently creating what I would call a dream bedroom for one of my clients. It comes with a walk in closet but not only that, just outside of that space there is another room (in addition to the actual bedroom section with amazing big windows and a soft warm rug to put your feet on when waking up) with an open fire place, perfect wooden floors and space for making it a dressing room deluxe. So currently on my mind, what difference a rug can make (no 1), what a beautiful vintage piece can add to a space (no 2), how I like this solution but can´t use it for this project but have hopes for the future (no 3) & weather to use a clean and straight ottoman like this one or go a little more detailed and fun (no 4).
…tonight is something like this and some well needed rest. I can´t seem to get rid of this terrible cold and the non energi that comes with it. Some vitamins, sleep and lots of water is hopefully the cure. So this would be the perfect meal, super easy and yet so delicious. And if that is too healthy for you, why don´t top it of with this crazy good looking treat (Mocha Caramel Crunch Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars)?
Both recipes and pics via Half Baked Harvest with thanks.
Thank you so much everyone for sending me to the finals of Interior Blogger of the Year 2017 in the Elle Decoration Swedish Design Awards. Super happy and proud to be among these great 9 interior bloggers in Sweden. I really do put a lot of work and love into this page so it really warms my heart that so many of you appreciate that. It´s definitely a win just to be a finalist. I´m laughing a bit when seeing all the photos of us nominees as my daughter asked me ”why are you the only one looking so angry, Mom?” Ha ha, I will work on that but trust me, I´m really not, just super uncomfortable in front of a camera.

Spent the morning in a super inspiring environment chez Dry Creative Projects consisting of Dry Things, Dry Costume & the base of a bureau with focus on creative direction, art direction och design. In addition to wanting to move in I also want to purchase all of their things. Have a look here to see more or drop by their showroom at Upplandsgatan 36.
Above: Before. Below: Now. Sure did like the above styling more, especially that they have used the marble shelf as a display of pretty things. Do you recognize the top image of this kitchen? Maybe it has been in your Pinterest file just like in mine for a long while now?
The apartment it belongs to is now out for sale again and pic 2-5 holds how it currently looks. The first image – the older one- is also in one of my mood boards for a client where we are re-decorating the whole kitchen. I really like the open space where you can have a big dining table. Also the dark cabinets combined with the marble shelf and tiles, and best of all the little marble shelf that you can use like in pic 1.
You can see the whole apartment here.
Ok, yesterday I wrote I had no desire at all to go abroad right now but when I started to read Ulrika´s of Seventeen Doors guide to Marrakesh this morning I have to admit I changed my mind. But who can blame me when the sky looks like it´s going to fall down on you and the colours of that city are just so powerful and bright. You can read the guide here.
All pics by Ulrika with thanks.
