When viewing the portfolio of Vincent Van Duysen who designed the previous house I showed you I found this boat. Most big boats like this are often not to my taste as they tend to look more bling than tasteful. But this one (even though I´m sure it was far from cheap decorating) breaths sophistication and elegance. You can see the whole thing here.
This living room is absolutely breathtaking in my book. Lots of space for friends and family and neutral color scheme with wooden details to get some warmth to it. This is the home of designer Jenni Kayne, created together with no other than well known Belgian architect Vincent Van Duysen.
Back to work and moodboard making….

Long time no see…..Sorry for the absence but I´m not ready to give up the blog just yet. Especially not when seeing pictures like this from one of my favorite design studios – Studio Giancarlo Valle . I´ve featured their work before on the topic ”House of Dreams” and that house is still one of my top savings. You can see it here. Wish you all a good week!
